Flattening and assembling

This 12mm diameter wire product combines various types of wire processing combined on a Schmale X2000NC wire bending machine. Swaging, flattening, punching, feeding, pressing and calibrating the sleeve.
Wire bending products are manufactured on the wire bending machines of Schmale Maschinenbau GmbH in individual stations with servo-electric bending slides or CNC finger-benders. The stations are connected via a linear transfer, which operates all workstations simultaneously. In addition to the bending operations so are other steps such as pressing or flattening and the joining of supplied articles executed in time.
